  1. January 7th to June 19th: we will be offering the six classes outlined below at the North Augusta Community Hall!

  2. June 26th to August 21: Reduced Summer Session starts (Thursdays only)

  3. September 2nd to end of June 2026: Back to Regular Fall/Winter/Spring classes (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Tuesdays

Senior Chair Yoga and Meditation

Designed to meet the distinctive needs of seniors, this class merges chair yoga, strength exercises, and meditation into a comprehensive session that enhances balance, posture, and general wellness.

  • Dates: Tuesdays from Jan. 7th to Jun. 17th

  • Time: 16h15-17h15 (4:15pm-5:15pm)

Yoga Conditioning

Transform your body and improve your overall fitness with our invigorating Yoga Conditioning classes. We will guide you through a dynamic series of poses designed to enhance your flexibility, core strength, balance, and endurance. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you’ll find the perfect challenge in our welcoming and supportive community.

Adult Self-Defensive Fitness and Flexibility Training

This class offers a dynamic combination of empowering workouts, providing adults with the opportunity to learn basic self-defense techniques, enhance their fitness, boost their flexibility, and feel a sense of fulfillment through a challenging yet rewarding experience (12yrs+).

Train With Us: Body Reset

Discover the gentle transformative power of this dynamic class which combines yin-inspired stretching techniques with targeted fascia, tendon, and ligament work, as well as meditation, to enhance your mobility, improve muscle function, and promote overall well-being. Join us as we guide you towards achieving your physical goals and finding balance in your body and mind.

CAN-RYU Jiu-Jitsu, Mindfulness, and Fitness

This class is designed to empower individuals (junior belts) by enhancing physical fitness, teaching street smart skills, and fostering mindfulness. The class includes a systematic warm-up, instruction in street smart techniques, followed by a soothing cooldown session, all aimed at boosting confidence, concentration, and the general wellness of it’s young attendees.

Partner Yoga

Partner Yoga creates a supportive atmosphere for partners, friends and/or teammates to enrich their yoga journey together. Cultivate both emotional and physical bonds while taking your physical practice to a whole new level. Participants will explore various postures and supportive techniques that enhance communication, trust, and fortifies relationships.
